Train for Tri
With the triathlon training app athletes can record all training sessions including those that are triathlon specific such as bricks. The training log has preset distances for both sprint and Olympic distance training which enables a quick performance improvement comparison of like-for-like sessions over time. In addition to this the athlete can add custom sessions for each discipline, for example if they have a flat run route of 8k that they run weekly then they can add this and track their performance over the weeks. Graphs show the proportion of training allocated to each discipline and performance over time. For the more serious triathletes the App should be used in conjunction with Train for Ath-MD (and others for swim, circuit etc.) to track and monitor speed and stamina sessions on the track.
Train for Iron Man
With the Ironman triathlon training app athletes can record all training sessions including those that are triathlon specific such as bricks. The training log has preset distances for both half (70.3) and full Ironman (140.6) distance training which enables a quick performance improvement comparison of like-for-like sessions over time. In addition to this the athlete can add custom sessions for each discipline, for example if they have a flat run route of 15k that they run weekly then they can add this and track their performance over the weeks. Graphs show the proportion of training allocated to each discipline and performance over time. For the more serious triathletes the App should be used in conjunction with Train for Ath-MD (and others for swim, circuit etc.) to track and monitor speed and stamina sessions on the track.
Train for Athletics MD
With the middle distance athletics training app athletes can use a series of pre-programmed sessions focusing on 400m, 800m, 1500m, and 3000m distances to log their training. Along with the facility to add custom session reps and recovery the app provides a quick performance improvement comparison of like-for-like sessions over time. Graphs show the proportion of training allocated to each discipline and performance over time. For the more serious triathletes the App should be used in conjunction with Train for Tri and Ironman (and others for swim, circuit etc.) to track and monitor speed and stamina sessions.
